The California supreme court defies 40 million californians and overrides a law voted in a general state vote that made it law that banned marriage between people of the same sex. A vote of 4 to 3 by the court chose to override 40 million people. Homosexual morality has just been voted by the 4 people that override millions. This sets a precedent to the entire country that may start a domino effect of courts voiding state laws that ban marriage between the same sex.
