Submit to the government?

This video is a little shocking and the reason it was posted was for the last 30 seconds. When a leading preacher tells a broadcaster that Christians should ’submit’ to the government…because that is what the bible states in Romans 13. Wait a minute, in my bible, in the book of Revelation it looks like I will have to one day decide to choose between Civil authority and God’s authority. I know which one I will choose…and that is God.
