Praise the Lord for the Sunday Law! I cannot wait for it to take place so that the Lord can return for His people. I am so sick of this world and myself, that I just want Him to come back. Sunday is the first day of the week, the day Jesus resurrected from the tomb (Easter Sunday). Our Lord Jesus Christ kept the Seventh-Day (Saturday), as do the Jews, whom we got the word of God in the first place. Why should we want the government to get involved in religion, & tell us when we should rest, especially when God commands us to rest on the Seventh-Day (Saturday), & gave us an example at the beginning of the creation of mankind in Gen 2:1-3. Shouldn’t we Just stick to God’s way, let people have freedom to chose which day they believe, especially if they want to rest on God’s Real Sabbath?
The headline “Obama’s website” is misleading. The website is definitely not Obama’s. It is written by someone who voted for him, but the blog has no ties to Obama whatsoever.The discussion that follows is interesting, but it is not necessary to imply untruth in the header to be successful in promoting awareness of Last Day Events.

Why do we grin at the thought of Sunday laws? Mrs. White said we should be doing all in our power to avert the threatened danger. This we are to do by much more vigorously working, personally, to teach the truth about Sabbath and God’s Love as expressed in His law. Christ in the Law. When we do this, then we will know that we are indeed preparing and being prepared for the coming calamity. (Spiritually) prepared or not prepared, it will be hard on all. Pray, fast, and plead with Jesus.

This was predicted years ago..in the Bible..and people still don’t believe it. We need to keep the faith SDA’s keep it strong in God.
I just read the article that briefly mentioned the sunday law that used to be in place years ago. I didn’t see anything in that article that talked about actually reinstating any sunday laws. The author was merely stating that a sunday law would be nice as it would allow people to choose not to work and maybe spent more time with their families. He said it might even lessen tax dollars spent. He also said that he didn’t see the sunday laws ever happening…..just that he thought it was a good idea. This was only his opinion…..not the White Houses. \nAs usual, the sunday law alarmists are blowing their trumpets about a national sunday law and the persecutions that are promised by EGW. The only problem is…….the sunday law and the associated Seal of the sabbath is only found in EGW’s writings, NOT in the bible. The bible says nothing about the sabbath being the seal of God, or a national sunday law in the end times. You will only find it in a false prophets misguided writings. The bible is very clear of the Seal of God…..it is the Holy Spirit. Eph. 1:13-14.\nIf you want real truth about prophecy and the end times, how about turning to your bible……who’s author is the real deal!!

i know we should be happy that our Savior Jesus Christ second coming is near , prophecy been fullfill but my dear frends i just want to ask you a few questions. 1)are you standing on a firm platform.Are you ready for His coming ?.Is the character of Christ is perfectly reproduce in you ? In revelation 14 :12 says here is the patience of the saiths ;here are they that keep the Commandments of GOD (Means to live every words that proceedeth out of the mouth of God /matt 4;4)and the faith of Jesus (Means we pocess the faith of Jesus /gala 2 ; 20.)dear sister Karen E ,in Eph 1:13-14 it is not talking about the seal of God that will put in our forehead but it is talking about when we heard of the gospel\n of Jesus Christ ,we trust in His word and we believe in Him and right then the Holy Spirit will abide in us , mould ,fashion ,lead,comfort,etc building us up so that we may be fit for the seal of God that mension in revelation 7:3/ezekiel 9. The bible mention abt sabbath is the seal of God , ezekiel 20:12,sabbath to be a SIGH or SEAL , Exodus 20:8-11 holds 3things that you can find in a seal . 1.name-God ,2.title-Creator, 3,teritory-Heaven and earth. God doesn’t say resting or worshiping isn’t allowed on any other day of the week, thus sunday is not the mark of the beast.\n\nWorship on sunday cannot determine whether a person buys or sells. Something else has to factor in to that equation for it to become an economic issue. So whatever factors in as the economic issue will be what is the mark of the beast.
I am by no means an Obama supporter, however I would like to point out that, although this is on Obama’s website, the author is just some joe-schmo with a blog (and a horrible webcam picture to boot) with no political clout. Really it’s just some random rant with no integrity…
Personally I don’t think that is of the essence to know is Obama going to pass that law or not,now or in the future.It will pass some day maybe this month or next or next year,we all know that it will pass for sure,our only concern is to be ready for it when ever happens,we all know this very well.We should be ready for Christ sunday law or not,sunday law is only the sign that His coming is very very near,be prepared and fear not lift your heads because the hour of our salvation is at hand.
Alexander, it cnt be Christ sunday law because it is not Christ will to keep sunday as a day of worship. it is clearly says in the bible that God blessed and sanctified the seventh day (saturday)as a sabbath to keep it holy(exodus 20:8-11)sunday law is something that goes against God’s will, no where in the bible that says that God change the sabbath from saturday to sunday . sunday law is by man but the holy sabbath (seventhday ) is of GOD, so i rather obey GOD than man. I honestly have to disagree with this blog, I do however agree with people that know Saturday is the Sabbath Day. It IS THE SEVENTH DAY! We should be able to keep our freedom of religion, that is the whole reason why this country was established in the 1st place! Wether people want to spend time with their family or not that is THEIR choice and no one should tell them otherwise… Are we really going to let the Government take our rights away? It starts here… What’s next?

The bible spoke about the events that are unfolding right now as to the passing to this sunday law. The bibles states in Hebrews chapter four that the day of rest for the people of God is Saturday the Seventh day! Man has no authority to institute any other day. All of these are signs that the Lord’s comming is very soon!!!

When the law of God is being made void, when His name is dishonored, when it is considered disloyal to the laws of the land to keep the seventh day as the Sabbath, when wolves in sheep’s clothing, through blindness of mind and hardness of heart, are seeking to compel the conscience, shall we give up our loyalty to God? When Sunday is exalted and sustained by law, then the principle that actuates the people of God will be made manifest, as the principle of the three Hebrews was made manifest when Nebuchadnezzar commanded them to worship the golden image in the plain of Dura. So, requiring businesses to close on Sunday is not only an infringement on the rights of the business owner, but is also discriminatory against those who celebrate the sabbath on a different day and wish that other day to be their day of rest. These people must either lose two working days per week, or give up their chosen sabbath. That puts them at a competitive disadvantage.

what are you talking about, we should be worshiping the Lord on the Sabbath day,the Bible doesn’t say anything about worshiping in sunday, Genesis 2:3,4 Exodus 20: 8, Leviticus 23:3, even Jesus said that he didn’t came to remove the law or the prophets, but to fulfill it. matthew 5:17.
NO ONE will go to heaven with out following the ten commandments.
