FRENCH PROTEST LAYOFFS WITH A ‘BOSSNAPPING’
The business leaders in France better watch their necks. In a scene that could have been pulled straight from “Les Miserables,” a mob of French workers has taken a company official hostage in a desperate attempt to mute the impact of layoffs. It’s the second so-called “bossnapping” in a week. On Tuesday, the revolutionary French union members stormed the suburban Paris office of 3M company plant director Luc Rousselet and barricaded him inside. Full Story
