I have recently been studying the benefits of water and staying hydrated. Water is directly related when there is a hormone imbalance in women. It is directly related to constipation. It is directly related to pure blood or sludgy blood. The list goes on and on…I will add more here soon.

COKE/SODA
I am compiling more accurate data in regards to what Soda really does to the human body. The truth is that the worst thing about soda is its effect on your stomach acids. It tricks your stomach into thinking the ph has changed. When this happens, your food will not digest properly. When food doesn’t begin to break down in your stomach then the body has to do something with it. It typically will not be able to digest the fats in your diet and thus you will gain weight.
Another thing about Soda is the refined sugars that are in it. Refined sugars will lower your immune system. Sugar has a direct result on the ability of your white blood cells to fight off infection and disease. We can see the results of poor diet and such in one of the fastest growing diseases in the world: Diabetes.
Diabetes at least type 2 is lifestyle related and can be lifestyle reversed. Do not believe it is inherited or incurable.
Below is the old post that started some good discussion: It may or may not be true but is at least good for some laughs. It has been verified as false based on the site called Snopes.com. Surprisingly enough, people trust snopes.com. I think we need to be careful with snopes.com because it is an opinion site as well. Conclusion of the matter?- If you believe your body is a temple that God seeks to dwell in, then it should be clean so that you can hear the small voice that is calling out to us day by day. Sadly in this world, that voice is being drowned out by everything from music….to Soda.

#2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup! (the concentrate) the Commercial trucks must use a hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.
#3. Some distributors of Coke have been using it to clean Engines of the trucks for about 20 years!
